When I joined Zalando, we were about to go on lockdown. As the world shifted towards digital interaction, I embraced the change, transforming our events strategy into engaging hybrid and online formats that reached broader audiences than ever before.
When I moved to Connected Retail, the challenge was clear: build an event department from the ground up and position it as a core driver of brand visibility and partnerships.
Balancing creativity with practicality, we attended international tradeshows like Who´s Next or Premium, showcasing our brand and increasing our visibility.
With a clear vision in mind, I forged relationships with industry giants like VW to create dynamic collaborations that set the stage for success.
